postfix mail forwarding loop for me only (admin user) not for others !
Hi,
I have myself and another user set to forward email to a me.com email rather than to be stored on the server in the usual way, etc.. however, for me only, the emails are not forwarded, but bounced with the error : mail forwarding loop
I have another user set up the same way, and that works fine! its just for me, the 'main' admin user that i get this issue. If i turn forwarding off, then its fine, and the emails are stored on the server and I can log in etc.. but this is not what I want.
Error in log file is:
Jan 22 11:55:58 macmini postfix/local[75299]: 2F7648FCD4: to=<me@myserver.com>, relay=local, delay=0.02, delays=0/0/0/0.02, dsn=5.4.6, status=bounced (mail forwarding loop for me@myserver.com)
Firstly, i don;t know how to fix this.. any suggestions ?
and secondly, it seems strange that it just happens for me! 😟
Any help greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Keith.
